Abstract

In this thesis, I deal with construction – technological building project. I am comparing two variant solutions supporting skeleton construction. The first variant is a monolithic reinforced concrete frame. The second option is a prefabricated reinforced concrete frame. Both are based on a monolithic base grid. I compare them with me in nine selected criteria. I worked for the evaluation of technical documentation including technical reports, processes, budgets and schedules construction of both skeletons. In the end I made evaluation and chose advantageous variant skeleton structure for a given object.
