Abstract
The aim of this thesis was to compare Orfa furniture store with its direct competitors and find a basis for finding changes that would help increase traffic in stores Orfa furniture. In the theoretical part was defined shopping store environment. In the practical part of the research was conducted, in which they were selected stores compared and evaluated according to the criteria. This research was used primary data and observation method was used.
