Využití metody Lost Foam pro výrobu kovových pěn s pravidelnou buňkovou strukturou

Abstract

The thesis is devoted to metal porous materials - metal foams. The theoretical part contains a short characterization, properties, application and manufacture methods of metal foams. In addition, the thesis focuses on foundry technologies of producing metal foams, especially materials with regular cellular structure. The thesis also contains a description of the Lost Foam method that can be applied to the production of metal foams and which is the basis of the practical part. The practical part describes the realization of the Lost Foam method of the production cellular metals with regular structure in laboratory provisos.
