Abstract

Bachelor thesis "Stress as a part of the social – psychological area of work enviroment" focus on the topic, stress acting on employees in the work process. The theoretical part explains the concept of stress, causes of stress, its symptoms and impact on health and work performance of employees. It also describes the personality of the person and how to manage stress in the workplace. The practical part is focused on the factors causing stress, analysis and reduction of risks associated with stress in the company RKL Slévárna, s.r.o. The conclusion contains a critical evaluation of the data and draft measures to implement the change.
