Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to prepare a business plan for the establishment of a real estate agency and then assess whether the real estate agency would be competitive and potentially successful at such a high level of business and become one of the best real estate agencies in a given city. Several methods and analyzes were immediately developed in the business plan, on the basis of which we revealed a number of weaknesses and strengths, opportunities and threats of establishing real estate agencies, as well as a competition analysis, where high competition was revealed, which does not focus on modern technologies and the presentation of real estate, and a marketing mix, Lean Canvas, etc. were developed. The business plan also included a detailed financial plan in three variants, which shows how the real estate agency will fare financially in the first three years of business. At the end of the series, the plan identified a number of risks that are very important for the smooth running of the real estate agency. From the methods and analysis developed above, it follows that the business plan for establishing a real estate agency is feasible.
