Balíček opatření ochrany životního prostředí pro hotel Mandarin Oriental, Prague

Abstract

The work is presenting the findings of current situation at hotel Mandarin Oriental, Prague regarding its environmental performance. The aim of this work is to prepare foundation for real application for ecolabel. The establishment of current condition is pursuant to criteria listed in Commission Decision 2009/578/EC establishing the ecological criteria for the award of the Community eco-label for tourist accommodation service. Hotel Mandarin Oriental, Prague is introduced via history of its buildings and location, via organization chart and briefly introduced all hotel departments. According to criteria listed in above mentioned Commission Decision the presented work propose the steps. Those steps come out, in most of the cases, from assessment and verification of each criteria.
