Abstract
The aim of my diploma thesis was to assess the marketing communication of Avon Cosmetics Ltd., to find out how this communication affects customers and based on their attitudes to propose changes in the company. I did the marketing research. I analyzed primary and secondary data related to the marketing communication. The research results are processed by the form of the tables and the graphs. The final proposals and recommendations can be beneficial for Avon.
