Strategická analýza konkurenčního okolí společnosti

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je „Strategická analýza konkurenčního okolí průmyslové firmy a implementace výsledků analýzy do procesu řízení firmy.“ Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní pojmy, východiska strategické analýzy konkurenčního okolí a procesu strategického řízení. V praktické části, jsem na základě zjištění stavu v oblasti výroby důlních strojů provedla charakteristiku výrobků a konkurenčních společností, které jsem následně analyzovala. Na základě provedených analýz, jsem navrhla doporučení, která povedou k posílení a udržení pozice společnosti v prostředí, které konkurence vytváří.

Subject of this thesis is „Strategic analysis of competitive environment industrial company and the implementation of the results of the analysis in the process of management of the company“. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical section explains the basic concepts, solutions to strategic analysis of the competitive environment and the process of strategic management. In the practical part, based on the findings of the status in the area of production of mining machines I did the characteristics of the products and the other competing companies, which I subsequently analyzed. On the basis of the analyses carried out, I proposed a recommendation, that will lead to the strengthening and maintaining the position of the company in an environment that creates competition.
