Abstract
The topic of my bachelor thesis is the competition analysis on the cafe market. The research is conducted using the mystery shopping method. The selected subjects are four cafes in the Zábřeh. The theoretical part explains important concepts and characterizes the macroenvironment of cafes. The practical part is the methodology of data collection and evaluation of the results. Finally, the strengths and weaknesses of cafes are evaluated and recommendations for improvement are suggested.
