Analýza zásob ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou zásob ve výrobním podniku. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a vybrané metody. Praktická část je poté zaměřena na charakteristiku podniku a analýzu zásob. V této analýze byl posuzován podíl zásob na celkových a oběžných aktivech, dále byl vyhodnocen vývoj ukazatelů rychlosti obratu zásob za 3 roky a byla provedena ABC analýza podle podílu zásob na spotřebě.

Na základě provedených analýz byly zjištěny nedostatky, navrženy směry zlepšení a doporučeny vhodné oblasti pro další typy analýz.

This bachelor's thesis deals with inventory analysis in the manufacturing company. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis defines the basic concepts and selected methods. The practical part is then focused on company characteristics and inventory analysis. In this analysis, the share of the inventories in total assets and in current assets was assessed, the development of the inventory turnover rate indicators in 3 years was further evaluated and an ABC analysis according to the share of inventories in consumption was performed.

Based on analyzes carried out, deficiencies were identified, directions of improvement proposed and appropriate areas recommended for other types of analysis.
