Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with streamlining the inventory management system before entering production. The company PAMET, spol. s r.o. is a manufacturer of pressed parts, assembled assemblies, welded metal products and other technologies for the automotive, electrical and furniture industries. The aim of the diploma thesis is to streamline the ERP system using automated calculation, based on the current stock quantity of material with respect to the bill of materials, the dates and the number of required pieces in recalls and orders from the customer. These planned changes within the ERP system will be used to adjust the settings of system quantities to predict the material flow (min / max material in stock, material order dates, quantity of ordered material depending on MOQ).
