Analýza a návrh informačního systému pro malý podnikatelský subjekt

Abstract

Tato práce má za cíl analyzovat a navrhnout logickou strukturu informačního systému v malé firmě. Nejprve se zabývá přehledem dostupných IS jako hotových řešení na trhu a přináší jejich stručnou charakteristiku. V dalším kroku analyzuje stávající situaci ve vybrané firmě, popisuje používaný ekonomický systém a způsob zpracování firemních agend a definuje nedostatky současného řešení této evidence. V závěrečné části je provedena analýza firemních procesů a datových toků a návrh obsahu a vzhledu formulářů a výstupních obrazovek plánovaného řešení.

This work is intended to analysis and design of the Information System logical structure in a small company. At first it deals with the survey of available IS as a complete solution and their brief characteristic. In the next step it analyses existing situation in the chosen company and describes used economical system and the way of processing the company’s business. It defines the recent solution’s deficiencies of this filing. In conclusion, there is processed analysis of the business processes and data flows and suggestion of the content and insight of form and output screen of planned solution.
