Abstract

The topic of the thesis is the insurance of cyber risks of an industrial enterprise. The aim of the thesis was to analyse the development of cyber risks, analyse the services in the field of cyber risk insurance at selected Czech insurance companies, analyse the services provided in the field of cyber risk management at selected consulting companies and propose a conceptual framework for cyber risk insurance of Czech industrial companies. The output of the thesis is the definition of challenges in the field of cyber security insurance, which today face both insurance companies and industrial enterprises, and a proposal for a procedure for the effective taking out the insurance by an industrial enterprise.
