Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the company valuation. The aim is to evaluate company MONTYCON gastro, s.r.o. on the 1st January 2009. The value of equity capital is evaluated by selected valuation method. At first there are some reasons for valuation, then procedure of valuation, financial, strategic and SWOT analysis, making-up financial plan and methods. The evaluate company of limited liability is characterized in the practical part. The company is then analysed by analysis. On the grounds of historical evolution, results of analysis and strategic plans of company stands the financial plan. Financial plan is background for selected valuation methods. The equity capital is valued by book value method, discounted cash flow to the equity method, economic value added to the equity method. Weights are assigned to results of used method. By weighted arithmetic mean is calculated equity capital value of company MONTYCON gastro, s.r.o. on the 1st January 2009.
