This thesis aims to suggest a business plan for the Lipová organic farm for the period of time between years 2015 and 2019. In its opening part the thesis presents theoretical concepts based on which an analyses is carried out of the farm’s surroundings and a plan of plant and animal production is developed. This thesis include investment project and survey of consumer behaviour in the Zlín region polled as part of the thesis. The business plan of the organic farm consists of a set of recommendations for future development of this agricultural entity. The defined objectives of the business plans are: increased production efficiency, improved economic profit loss ratio, cost savings, and long term sustainable business development.
