Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is to design a winery in the picturesque surroundings of the castle complex Kačina. The newly established winery in the vineyard U Borku with its south-western layout aims not only to restore the original historical footprint of the wooden pavilion, but also to support one of the original crafts of the cultural-economic area. The idea of ​​designing a winery together with a vineyard gazebo combines the art of craft and relaxation. The idea of ​​the craft is to represent not only the classic wine growing process but also the opportunity to participate in the production of relaxation. The idea of ​​relaxation is to include the new winery premises for tasting the drink itself in oak barrels, along with views of the Novodvorsko landscape
