Abstract
The topic of my bachelor thesis is to characterize the possibilities of financing accommodations in the Czech Republic, as mortgages, credit from building savings, bank credits and credits provided by SFRB. Conditions for the evaluation of applications for mortgages of concrete banks are analyzed. Applicants for mortgages are described in four categories according to their age and income. Which category of people has the highest chance of receiving a mortgage is evaluated in the conclusion of the bachelor thesis.
