Abstract

Thesis "Responsibility for work accidents and occupational diseases" deals with the existing rules on liability of employers for work accidents and occupational diseases under the Act No. 262/2006 Coll. Labour Code, as amended.

Content of the thesis is the protection of workers' health. It defines the concept of employment responsibilities, the types and functions deriving from the employment relationship. In addition, institutions of responsibilities are defined in the general sense and specifically also responsibilities of the employer for occupational accidents and occupational diseases under the Labour Code.

In the next section, the issue of compensation for work injuries is processed in RPG Services Ltd. In conclusion, there is appreciation of the issues and proposals.
