Obytný objekt v Moravské Ostravě

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vypracování provádějící dokumentace k novostavbě obytného objektu v Moravské Ostravě situovaném na ulici Pobialove. Hlavním cílem je vytvoření bytových jednotek pro dočasné nebo trvalé bydlení na poměrně malé ploše, tak by byli zachovány základní požadavky na bydlení. Dalším úkolem je začlenění budovy do okolní zástavby a jejím situováním uzavřít ulici Pobialovu. Výsledkem této práce je návrh obytné budovy, která nahradí stávající dvojgaráž, poskytne nové možnosti bydlení a změní vzhled Pobialove ulice.

Bachelor thesis deals with developing of realization documentation to the recently erected building of dwelling house in Moravská Ostrava which is situated in Pobialova street. The main goal is the suggestion of dwelling unit for temporary or permanent accommodation in the relatively small area without infraction of the basic requests for living. The other task is a location of the building into the surroundings of present build-up area and closing of Pobialova street by its position. The accomplishment of this thesis is a proposal dwelling building which substitutes the building of current double garage, offers new possibilities for accommodation and changes the whole visual appearance of Pobialova street.
