Abstract

This thesis focuses on the subject of automatic facial recognition using artificial intelligence and wearibles, specifically smart glasses. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on defining basic concepts in the fields of artificial intelligence, biometric systems and the legal framework, particularly with regar to the protection of personal data and other relevant regulations. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the design and construction of facial recognition systém that combines smart glasses with the online facial recognition tool. The proposed systém enables the capture of image data and its further use for searching for visually similar images in an online environment. The thesis also includes experimental testing to verify the system's functionality, its accuracy, and the impact of selected conditions on recognition results.
