Abstract

This presented thesis deals with the logistics chain and Supply Chain Optimization. Its aim is to use effective methods and trends in logistics practice, through which seeks to remove bottlenecks in the chain and streamline logistics processes in practice. The first part deals with the logistical chain, its core activities, methods and trends in logistics. The second part of the thesis deals with comparing different types of logistics at home and abroad and applying them in practice. Thesis proposes the most suitable one for practical use.
