Finanční podpora tělesné kultury a sportu v České republice a na Slovensku

Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on financing body culture and sport in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The main objective of this thesis is to valorize financial support for sport and body culture at chosen states, in the selected period 2011 – 2015, with the emphasis is put on roles of the public sector for ensuring and providing financial support from the state budget, cohesion region budgets and from the European Union budget. To fulfill the aim of this diploma thesis, three hypothesis are verified: If a non-investment programs from the state budget play a dominant role in support of sport in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Next, if financial support of sport is affected by structure and number of inhabitants and if the biggest part from total non-investment programs is taken for sport to all. The diploma thesis is divided into four main parts. The second chapter is focused on explanation of theoretical recognitions, which serve as an introduction to the investigated problems. The third and fourth chapters analyze support for body culture and sport in the Czech Republic and Slovakia at the selected period 2011-2015 from the state budget, cohesion regions budgets and the European Union budget. The fifth chapter evaluates financial sport support and body code according to chosen parameters.
