Vyhotovenie podkladu pre projekt úpravy vodného toku a výstavby vodno-slalomárskej tratě v k.ú. Budatín

Abstract

Účelom tejto diplomovej práce je vyhotovenie podkladov pre budúci projekt úpravy časti vodného toku s hlavným cieľom vybudovania vodno-slalomárskej trate pre športovcov, ktorá je súčasťou Areálu vodných športov pod Dubňom v katastrálnom území Budatín. Teoretická časť tejto práce obsahuje stručné vysvetlenie postavenia geodézie v investičnej výstavbe, všeobecnej podstaty úprav vodných tokov a ich historického vývoja, problematiky geodézie vo vodohospodárstve, geometrickej podstaty máp a záväzných referenčných systémov SR, na ktoré sa vzťahuje celé meranie a v závere tejto časti technológie GNSS s popisom spôsobu a metodiky získavania dát pomocou tejto technológie. V praktickej časti sú zhrnuté a vysvetlené všetky okolnosti týkajúce sa vyhotovenia podkladov pre projekt, od rekognoskácie terénu a prípravných prác pre meranie, cez samotné meranie v teréne, spôsoby zberu dát a ich následné spracovanie aj s rozbormi dosiahnutých presností, až po konečné vyhotovenie výsledných podkladov pre budúci projekt. Táto práca obsahuje aj normy a legislatívne predpisy pre vyhotovenie podkladov pre projekt.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to prepare the documentation for the future project of the water section with the main goal of building water-slalomar track for athletes, which is part of the Water Sports Complex under Dubeň in the cadastral area of Budatín. The theoretical part of this thesis contains a brief explanation of the position of geodesy in investment construction, the general changes of the water course and their historical development, the issues of geodesy in water management, the geometric nature of maps and binding SR reference systems covered by the whole measurement, and at the end of this part of GNSS description of the method and methodology of data acquisition using this technology. The practical part summarizes and explains all the circumstances regarding the preparation of the project documents, from the terrain reconnaissance and the preparatory work for the measurement, through the field measurements, the methods of data collection and their subsequent processing, as well as the breakdowns achieved, to the finalization of the final documents for the future project. This work also contains norms and legislation for the preparation of project documents.
