Abstract

The thesis "Control of Public Administration by administrative and Constitutional Justice" aims to summarize the judicial system of public administration and to evaluate the changes made by amendment to the Administrative Procedure Code with effect from 1. 1. 2012. At the beginning I characterize the concept of governance and control, and I mention the history of the administration of justice in the Czech Republic. The core of judicial control of public administration consists in the administration of justice therefore the biggest attention is paid to it in this thesis. It discusses the current legislation, the organization and proceedings at administrative courts. The various types of proceedings at the administrative courts will be discussed in detail. Legal remedies, Constitutional Justice and the European Court of Human Rights are mentioned here as well. In conclusion, I evaluate the changes provided by the amendment to the Code of Administrative, answer questions and propose de lege aspects.
