Přeprava tlakových lahví jako vedlejší činnost podniku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na přepravu tlakových lahví jako vedlejší činnost podniku k jeho hlavní činnosti. Jedná so o částečné vynětí z platnosti dohody ADR neboli o vynětí z dodržování všech podmínek dané dohody. První část práce se je soustředěna na právní předpisy upravující přepravu tlakových lahví a bezpečnostní požadavky na samotné lahve. Pozornost bude věnována na to, jakým způsobem musí být tlakové lahve značeny, jak se s nimi smí či nesmí manipulovat a podmínkám, za jakých mohou být přepravovány. Ve druhé části budou probrány příčiny nehod při přepravě tlakových lahví, vysvětlení vedlejší činnosti při přepravě nebezpečných věcí, její příklad a navrhované opatření ke zvýšení bezpečnosti této přepravy.

This thesis will focus on the transportation of pressure cylinders as an secondary activity of the company to primary business. It is an exemption from the ADR agreement or an exemption from compliance with the terms of the agreement. The first part of the thesis will focus on the legislation governing the transport of cylinders and the safety requirements for the cylinders themselves. Attention will be paid to how cylinders must be marked, how they may or may not be handled and the conditions under which they may be transported. The second part will discuss the causes of accidents in the transport of cylinders, an explanation of the incidental activities involved in the transport of dangerous goods, an example of such activities and suggested measures to improve the safety of such transport.
