Návrh využití lokality mezi ulicemi Opavská a Krásnopolská v Ostravě-Pustkovci

Abstract

The thesis deals with design and commission of new development area between streets Opavská and Krásnopolská in Ostrava-Pustkovec locality in a form of territorial study. Above that, it also deals with connection possibilities of studied area to transport network and technical infrastructure. The main goal of the submitted territorial study is to evaluate spatial and functional disposition of designed development area and leisure and recreational areas in order to attain a fluent and harmonic transition from housing estate in Poruba to gardening area. Selected residential building represents architectural style of all buildings within studied area. The effort to create straight and simple lines and shapes, which support overall conception and functionality of the residential building, is evident.
