Abstract
The Bachelors Thesis titled „Customer Satisfaction Measurement with the Services of a Franchise Fast Food Company” is divided into 7 parts. The aim is to express the satisfaction of customers with products, services, staff and retail environment in McDonald's restaurant.
The Thesis also includes characteristic of McDonald’s company and analysis of satisfaction. It describes the marketing research, its course, implementation, evaluation and recommendations to increase customer satisfaction of this restaurant.
