Abstract

The aim of my thesis is the analysis of the level of the internal and external human resources (HR) marketing in the company. I focused on employees and the level of satisfaction they are getting while doing their job. In the first part of my thesis I introduced the company Valve s r.o and I described the market. The next part contains the theoretical basis such as HR marketing, HR research and work satisfaction. Then I described the research methodology and research analysis . The proposals and recommendations based on the results of my research are sorted by the elements of the HR marketing mix. I believe that the results of my research will be taken into consideration by the company management and they will help to improve the level of satisfaction for current employees. They can be used also for the communication with the future possible skilled workers.
