Využití technologie Lost Foam pro výrobu litých kovových pěn

Abstract

This thesis is devoted to metal foams from a silumium, to their properties and their application in the industry. Theoretical part describes practical use of metal foams in mechanical engineering and construction, also in use in optical systems and heat exchangers. In work possibilities of foundry production of metal polyfoams with detailed emphasis on the thermodynamic phenomena occurring in the Lost Foam method are described. Experimental part of this work follows a theoretical part which in detail describes processes of transfer of weight / heat in a system a model-metal-form in the Lost Foam method. With use of this method samples with regular structure were received. Samples were subjected to the metalgraphic analysis subsequently.
