Abstract

Thesis is focused on valuation of selected forest property. The aim of this thesis is the analysis of administrative and market attitude to property valuation and ascertaining the administrative and market value of forest property by using different valuation methods. Administrative and market valuation method have been used to perform this analysis. Administrative valuation was carried out by using valid valuation ordinance, market valuation was carried by comparative, yield and cost method. The theoretical part desribes the importance of forests in the natianol economy, structure and function of forests. This part as well contains desription of each valuation method. In the practical part of thesis was carried out valuation of selected forest property by using above mentioned methods. Conclusion of thesis is focused on comparison of achieved results and evaluation advantageousness of both methods.
