Problematika managementu cyklistického klubu

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce „Problematika managementu cyklistického klubu“ je postihnout vývoj činnosti cyklistického klubu „Team Forman Cinelli“ jak po stránce řízení klubu, tak po stránce sportovní. Téma je zpracováno na základě výzkumu metodami práce s dokumenty, rozhovoru a SWOT analýzy. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy sport, cyklistika, zásady založení občanského sdružení, základní principy managementu a marketingu sportovního klubu a sportovního tréninku. Praktická část se věnuje založení a vedení klubu, postihuje jeho vývoj od roku 2008 do roku 2011. Je popsána problematika finančního a materiálového zabezpečení klubu, vyhledávání partnerů pro sponzoring a spolupráce s nimi. Dále je zde analyzována sportovní složka klubu, to znamená trénink, složení cyklistického týmu a kalendář závodů. Práce odhaluje rizika a těžkosti v řízení klubu po stránce ekonomické i sportovní a na základě provedené analýzy shrnuje závěry a doporučení. Může být chápána jako návod pro vedení cyklistického klubu.

The aim of the graduation thesis „Problems of the management the cycling club“ is to describe the development of the working of the cycling club „Team Forman Cinelli“ both the aspect of running the club and the sport aspect. The theme is processed on the basis of research by the methods of working with documents, an interview and SWOT analysis. The terms of sport, cycling, theses of foundation of the non-profit organization, basic principles of management and marketing the sports club and sports training are explained in the theoretical part. The practical part deals with the foundation and management the club, it concerns its development from 2008 to 2011. The problems of financial and material supporting of the club, searching for partners and cooperation with them are described. Further the sports component part of the club is analysed, that means training, the constitution of the cycling team and the calendar of races. The graduation thesis indicates risks and difficulties in management the club both economic and sports aspects and on the basis of the made analysis it sumarizes conclusions and recommendations. It can be considered to be an instruction for the management the cycling club.
