Abstract

The topic of the present bachelor thesis is the application of the process of starting a limited liability company. The thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with doing business in the Czech environment. In this part the basic concepts from the business environment are defined, and legal forms of businesses are specified. This part also includes a detailed description of the characteristics of limited liability company. The conclusion of the theoretical part is devoted to the characteristics of a business plan and the description of the course of establishment and formation of a limited liability company. In the practical part, the course of establishment and formation of a fictitious limited liability company is described, building on the knowledge and information discussed in the theoretical part. The conclusion of the practical part is supplemented by a demonstration of the business plan, through which the author attempted to summarize the main parts of the thesis, and at the same time verify the feasibility of the chosen business plan for the fictitious company.
