Analýza konkurence webhostingové firmy

Abstract

The goal of this thesis is to find out the position of Mediahost in the webhosting market in comparison to competition. I used Porter’s analysis of five competitive forces, SWOT analysis and from questionnaire survey I gathered valuable information about Internet services utilization, satisfaction with Mediahost company and its web site. Certain improvements and recommendations from marketing research were suggested to make the company overall more able to compete.
