Abstract

The business objectives of this thesis is to analyze the current situation in the training company Everesta, s.r.o. and to develop a new strategy for this company on the basis of a GM-TREND analysis. In the theoretical part of this thesis, the theoretical foundations of the strategy, of the company, are characterized. This serves as a template for the practical part of the thesis. The practical part is directly examining the company Everesta and a GM-TREND analysis is applied. By means of this method, the entrepreneurial potential of this company is evaluated and described, and a new strategy for the training company is put forward.
