Abstract

The main purpose of this Bachelor’s thesis is to design of laboratory measurement verifying the directional antenna pattern using an absorber wall. At the beginning of the work are presented absorber walls, their parameters and properties. Then are described the measurement methods verifying directionality of antennas. In the next part these measuring methods are used for design laboratory measurement which using new equipment in the university radio network laboratory. These measurements on selected antennas are part of the work, namely measurements DRH10, DRH370 and microstrip patch antenna. This bachelor’s thesis provides an overview of the issue and the measuring task, including instructions and verification of measurements on selected antenna samples.
