Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of purchasing behavior on the online food purchase market. The aim of the research is to analyze the purchasing behavior of customers in the online food shopping market. The analyzes focused on the factors that influence why customers use this service, what is most influential in purchasing food, and for which existing sales would welcome the introduction of this service. The main source of information were the primary data obtained by questionnaire survey. On the basis of the research results, the suggestions and recommendations were determined which might serve as inspiration for the food retailers and thus contribute to higher customer satisfaction.
