Slinování modifikovaných jílů

Abstract

Jílové minerály jsou důležitou součástí keramických surovin, jež mají rozdílnou strukturu a složení. S tím souvisí jejich rozdílné chování při použití. Vznikají rozpadem primárních křemičitanů. Pro své vlastnosti jsou využívány v technologii silikátů. Při jejich kombinaci s vysocehlinitými přísadami dochází ke změnám ve struktuře a tím i ke změnám jejich vlastností. Tato diplomová práce se orientovala na studium vlastností hlinitokřemičitých materiálů v závislosti na teplotě zpracování. Experimentální část byla zaměřena hlavně na provedení zkoušek mechanických vlastností a určení hutnosti připravených materiálů.

Clay minerals are an important part of ceramic raw materials, which have different structure and composition. This is related to their different behaviour in application. They are formed by decomposition of primary silicates. For their properties these are utilized in the silicate technology. Their combination with high-alumina additives leads to changes in the structure and thus to changes of their properties. This thesis was focused on the study of the properties of aluminosilicate materials depending on the processing temperature. The experimental part was focused mainly on tests of mechanical properties and tests of density of prepared materials.
