Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the creation and subsequent application of the product portfolio innovation process and the design of a strategy for launching innovations on the market in a selected company. The the thesis is divided into four key parts: theoretical and methodological background, analysis of the current state of the company, and innovation opportunities, recommendations for the company, a guide to managing a start-up company.
