Zajištění BOZP zaměstnanců na pracovištích hradu Svojanov

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce bude zjištění a vyhodnocení povinností kastelána a ostatních zaměstnanců v oblasti BOZP na pracovištích hradu Svojanov. V práci budou popsána jednotlivá pracoviště a pracovní prostory, ve kterých se zdržují zaměstnanci. Dále budou na těchto pracovištích zjištěna a vyhodnocena pracovní rizika a navržena opatření technického a organizačního charakteru. Součástí práce bude návrh zajištění těchto pracovišť po stránce BOZP pro všechny profese vyskytující se v areálu hradu, zejména pro průvodce, zaměstnance hotelu, zahradníky a další profese, s cílem zajistit bezpečný provoz objektu.

The aim of this master’s thesis is to identify and evaluate the responsibilities of the castle warden and other employees in the field of occupational health and safety (OSH) at the workplaces of Svojanov Castle. The thesis describes individual workplaces and working areas where employees operate. Furthermore, occupational risks at these workplaces are identified and evaluated, and technical and organizational measures are proposed. The thesis includes a proposal for securing these workplaces in terms of OSH for all professions occurring within the castle grounds, particularly for tour guides, hotel staff, and gardeners, with the goal of ensuring the safe operation of the site.
