Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with particular theme which is being processed in organization: “Reduction of scrap rate in production – elimination of costs due to poor quality”.
This project is focusing on reduction of scrap rate in company and also for analysis of current procedure of processing and evaluation of data during identifying of scrap rate in certain period of time. The project priorities are gathering the data from single production locations, analyzing of current method of scrap rate calculation. By evaluation at the end, there will be new facts and findings presented as an outcome of analysis of this matters. These should lead both to the reduction of scrap rate as well as to specify non-confirm products calculation.
