Abstract
This thesis is dealt the final stage of the wet dressing process in the manufacture of crushed stone in a quarry Jakubčovice.
The work deals with improving the separation of the desired product (small aggregates up to 4 mm) from floating particles by using hydrocyclone so that the sludge units escaped the minimum quantity of this product. The proposal is to increase the efficiency of dehydration in the final fraction of 0-4 mm. Furthermore, there is suggested a new way of landfill fraction 0-4 mm, which is currently carried out inappropriate and uneconomic manner.
The aim of this work is a proposal technology that will increase the production of fractions 0-4 mm, to reduce its moisture content, more efficient way of dumping, further reducing sludge production units and reducing the need for their facilities, available space. The proposed technology should reduce the level of operating costs and the financial return on any investment is real and increasing company profits Eurovia.
