Přístupy k řešení rozhodovacích problémů v průmyslových podnicích

Abstract

The topic of my bachelor´s thesis is the Solution approaches in the managerial decision making in the industrial enterprises. I want to suggest appropriate approaches to solution decision making in industrial enterprises in this thesis. The bachelor´s thesis includes characteristic, description and division decision making, selected methods of decision making and compares particular advantages and disadvantages of competition. The practical part of my bachelor´s thesis includes proposals the solution using the methods of linear programming, evaluation, advantages and disadvantages of linear programming.
