Měření s USB osciloskopem

Abstract

This bachelors thessis deals with various types of oscilloscopes, their historical evolution and their typical features. In detail it deals with one particular type of USB oscilloscope - Agilent U2702A. It describes the procedure of putting the oscilloscope in operation, the way of connecting it into measuring circuit, and the oscilloscopes main parameters. The thessis decsribes controlling program Agilent Measurement Manager, which is an integral part of the surveyed oscilloscope. Through this program the oscilloscope is controlled. Another part of the thesis is aimed on examples of practical use of the unit and checking the accuracy of oscilloscope measurement. The final part of the thesis compares main parameters of surveyed oscilloscope with another two types of oscilloscopes. Measurements of IGBT transistor parameters are shown in annex of this thesis as an exemplary laboratory task.
