Abstract

The purpose of Thesis is to analyze management differences of both segments – Entrepreneurial and Public segments of St. Alexandr’s Charity – and determine, which one of these ownership forms is more effective and at the same time help to the management and staff of St. Alexandr’s Charity in searching for additional financial sources. The part Suggestions and Recommendations is focused on imperfections of St. Alexandr’s Charity (as lack of promotion, enlightenment, absence of electronic commerce and protected workshops products catalogue) and methods of resolution.
