Využití Programu rozvoje venkova České republiky v období 2014–2020 na příkladu konkrétního projektu

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with an issue of a rural development from a view of the EU, and particularly of the Czech Republic. The goal of the diploma thesis is to define an issue of the rural development policy and, on the basis of received theoretical findings, create a proposal of the concrete project which could be, with regard of results of this thesis, processed in a form of real application within the Rural Development Programme of the Czech Republic 2014-2020. The thesis is structured to five chapters. The first chapter and the last one consist of an introduction and a summary. The third chapter, a theoretical one, deals with a policy and a programming of rural development in the European Union. The second chapter represents a rural development policy in conditions of the Czech Republic there is a focus on programming documents in the second part of the chapter. The Rural Development Programme of the Czech Republic 2014-2020 which is a crucial document for a realisation of projects financed by the European agriculture fund for a rural development is specified more deeply. In the last part, the practical one, there the own project with a title „Extension of a small farm with activities for agro-tourism, which could be realised from the Rural Development Programme of the Czech Republic 2014-2020, is proposed here.
