Abstract

The subject of this thesis is the design of the building of the cultural house in the village dry. The investigated area is already building in which the existing municipal office and fire clubhouse with armaments, but all parts are unsatisfactory, mainly due to construction, when no board insulation and half of the building is partially underground. This leads to wet walls and disruption of statics new building will offer space for both local authority and fire clubhouse with armaments, but apply the background for organizing cultural and social events in the form of a multi-purpose hall. In this thesis are 2 options, the first is designed as a new building and is addressed in more detail, while the second option is considering the possibility of reconstruction with extension. Part of this work is to solve the static and dynamic transport links to tech. infrastructure, the design of public spaces, typological design and costing. This thesis has 54 pages.
