Návrh možností využití prostor bývalého pivovaru v Bohušovicích nad Ohří

Abstract

Bakalářská práce Návrh možností využití prostor bývalého pivovaru v Bohušovicích nad Ohří se zabývá revitalizací areálu bývalého pivovaru v Bohušovicích nad Ohří. Práce obsahuje popis areálu v době provozu, stručnou historii podniku a význam a funkci jednotlivých budov. Zahrnuje odlišnosti v postupu vaření piva, jeho typech a rozdíly v zařízení pro výrobu piva před osmdesáti lety a v dnešní době. Cílem práce je navrhnout možné využití prázdných budov bývalého pivovaru, které by mohlo pomoci zvýšit úroveň cestovního ruchu ve městě.

This Bachelor thesis called Proposal the Possibility of Using the Premises of the Former Brewery in Bohušovice nad Ohří is about revitalization of the area of the former brewery in Bohušovice nad Ohří. This thesis contains a description of the area in the time of its using, a brief history of the business and the meanings and functions of the individual buildings. It also includes the differences in beer brewing, the kinds of beer and the devices used for beer brewing eighty years ago and today. The purpose of this thesis is to suggest a possible use of the empty buildings of the former brewery, which could help in raising the tourism in the town of Bohušovice nad Ohří.
