Abstract
In bachelor thesis, I focused on the issue of marketing aspects of fitness center operation. The work is divided into three parts. First part contains a theoretical analysis of marketing, management and statistical data processing. The second part focuses on current trends in the use of marketing in service fitness centers. The last part is devoted to analyzing the current state of a particular marketing a fitness center. The analysis was carried out at the fitness center BULY ARÉNA Kravaře.
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to analyze marketing and its techniques used in the fitness center BULY ARÉNA. The analysis showed strengths but also weaknesses in the usage of marketing tools. By analyzing the external and internal environment was found several options and opportunities to improve. Based on the analysis were set proposals to increase the effectiveness of promotion and attendance.
