Financování investiční akce obce v oblasti školství

Abstract

The Bachelor´s thesis is focused on a reconstruction and modernisation of a kindergarten in Rychvald at Podlesí. The theoretical part deals with municipalities, their bodies, their budget, income and expenditure parts, competences of a municipality, budget composition and budgetary process. The thesis describes the sources of financing investments in municipalities. The practical part characterizes the municipality of Rychvald, its history, present and analyses budgets in 2004 – 2008. It also deals with an investment related to the kindergarten reconstruction. It analyses possibilities for financing the kindergarten reconstruction and proposes alternatives how sufficient financial funds could be ensured for implementing this project.
