Vyhodnocení finančního zdraví podniku

Abstract

Téma mé bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení finančního zdraví podniku. Proč jsem se zaměřil právě na vyhodnocování finančního zdraví podniku, neboť jsem chtěl zjistit, jak se při bližším zkoumání projeví společnost, která na první pohled vystupuje jako bezproblémová. K tomuto zjištění jsem musel využít nějaké systémové kroky. Zvolil jsem finanční analýzu. Cílem této bakalářské práce bude sestrojit finanční analýzu daného podniku, vyhodnotit, s jakým úspěchem podnik hospodařil doposud a nastínit jeho další vývoj. První část obsahuje teoretická východiska, určitý metodologický postup, na základě kterého je sestavena druhá, aplikační část. V této je užito dat, které mi poskytla sama společnost a jsou zde implementovány znalosti, získané v teoretickém oddílu. Rovněž jsou zde popsány jednotlivé kroky vedoucí k výsledkům a taktéž samostatně okomentovány jednotlivé prvky. Následující kapitola obsahuje kompletní, souhrnnou interpretaci, ve které je určeno, jak podnik xxx ve skutečnosti hospodaří, jakou finanční politiku doposud organizace provozovala, jakým směrem se ubírá její další existence. Na základě vyhodnocených dat v praktické části jsou definovány návrhy a doporučení. Závěrem je pak problematika finanční analýzy daného podniku shrnuta celkově.

The theme of my bachelor work is evaluating the corporation’s financial health. Why do I have concentrated on the corporation’s financial health? Because I wanted to find out how the society that at the first sight acts as trouble free society, would behave during the close examination. To discover this problem I had to use some system steps. I have chosen a financial analysis. The goal of my work is to construct financial analysis of given corporation and to evaluate how the corporation was successful and to illustrate its next development. The first part contains theoretical results, methodic method on which is constructed the second - application part. In this part are used the data from the society and the knowledge from theoretical section. Here are also described each steps that lead to results and the are also commented single elements. The following chapter contains complete interpretation in which is given how the corporation XXX operates, which financial policy uses and what will be its following existence. In the practical part are defined schemes and recommendations worked out on the basis of evaluated data. In the conclusion is summarized whole disputableness of corporation’s financial analysis.
